A year goes by fast, for me this was definitely the apex of my 2009 year, and I really have no doubt that it will be again. There was line wrapped around the block during sound check, people standing on e-boxes outside just to get a glimpse of the action and around 20 artists in 4 hours. This year we're gonna up the ante, but here is a highlight reel of last year.

Day 1 of Dude Royal's first music video shoot (featuring Rob Roy); shout out to Alex (co-director/DP), Hooks (writer/co-director) and Flakez (producer). Here's a couple of shots from Huy.... Day 2 in Venice tomorrow.

A few missing...

Friday was bananas.  The DANCEiSM crew came in a wrecked shop, want to thank Corey and all the DJ's who destroyed it.  We also had a slew of photographers there to capture the madness.  You can check the photo booth pics @ Chicago's own glitterguts.com, and as always we had Jessica (foxy paparazzi) in the mix snapping polaroids.  If you're not up on Purple Lounge Fridays yet . . . time to wake up.  See you on the 23rd.

Flakez just got down here but I landed earlier in the day and was able to hit the beach with my girl. I make this trip once a year and while I love living in LA, I must say the beach/waters/skies here at Miami top what we have in the West coast. Water is super clean/clear and it's just a different vibe from family cluttered beaches of So. Cal.  WMC def. plays a part in getting the girls out from all over the world...
