Check out this chair made of 10,000 drinking straws.  I don't know how comfortable it is though.

Nike goes green with their new packaging.  Revolving around the concepts of "lightness and sustainability," the package is made from recycled cardboard and ink.  Each package has universal graphics and the specifics (size, style) are hand written. Neat.
